📍 Shipping Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, your package will arrive within:

👉 10–15 business days (standard delivery)

Please note: Shipping times may vary slightly depending on high-volume seasons, holidays, or unexpected carrier delays.


🌍 Shipping Locations

Peaklyn currently ships to all U.S. states.
If you are located outside the United States, please contact our support team to confirm availability before placing an order.


📦 Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday.

  • Orders placed after 5 PM will begin processing the next business day.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.


🔍 Tracking Your Order

After your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package’s journey.
Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after receiving your tracking number.


🚫 Delayed or Lost Packages

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@peaklyn.com and we’ll be happy to assist.

Peaklyn is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout

  • Delivery delays caused by the carrier

  • Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier

However, we will always do our best to help you resolve any issues.

Because we begin processing orders quickly, we can only make changes or cancellations within 12 hours of purchase.
